The product is used in air-conditioner and ventilation pipe,  the wind volumn can be controled through adjusting the angle of the vanes.
 
Manual bisect (single) damper can be fixed in square or rectangular section outtake, and control the wind volumn by operating  the four connecting- rod to move the angle of multi-layer vanes, which can  enhance the  adjust efficiency.
